On Wednesday, November 16, I helped with the news show at 10:40. That lasted an hour and I learned how to do audio. On Thursday, November 17, I helped Maggie get shots for our credit vs cash package. Then we loaded to the computer. That took an hour. Then, Monday, November 21, I attended the Wellness meeting. You gave us some tips and critiqued our shows. Then, we talked about our next show.

Practicum hours
Monday, October 31, I attended the wellness TV meeting form 4:30 until 5:00. the next Monday, November 7, I went to the wellness TV meeting form 4:30 until 4:45. After that, i helped film the sports show until about 6:30. I ran the teleprompter.
