8/30/11

Yesterday, I attended the Wellness TV meeting from 4:30 to 5:00.  After that, I helped Justin, John, Lizzi and Dakota clean the studio from 5:00 to 6:00.

    In the future, total the hours from that post at the bottom. Yours would read, TOTAL HOURS: 1.5
